My name is Amber. I am currently 27 years old [ as of July 2005 ]. My main website is demoralize.org. I love learning about web design & image manipulation. I don't think I'm fantastic, or anything close to it. But I do love it.
I have a dog [ Parker ], two cats [ Jessie & Logan ] and a Newfie [ Michael ]. I work for the man, in an office with a view. I am a Gemini, but don't think that really means anything. I have atrocious handwriting, and thus I don't care if you can read it or not. I'm incredibly used to spell check, so ignore any mistakes.
I've always kept a journal of some sort. When I was younger and had no idea of the internet and it's workings, I always kept a pen and paper diary. But after having my mother, my group home care workers and a boyfriend read them [ not all at once, each are separate incidents ] I realized that I could no longer keep something that personal, even if well hidden as I had previously thought. That became the end of my paper journals. Since then, I have ALWAYS had a really hard time living with people, or having guests over and allowing them to touch things...Anything. Photo albums, cameras, laundry, etc.
Now, seeing as how I've been in this relationship for a long enough time for me to completely trust Michael, I feel safe having a journal again. He even made a point of telling me that he would never invade my privacy in that manner. Good boy.
I'm a complete coffee addict, but need to wean myself off of it soon for reasons that I'm sure I'll write about.
